Translation and Interpreter Services (TIS)

Translations and Interpreter Service (TIS) provides an interpreter over the phone during medical consultations to assist patients who do not speak English. Please let our Reception know whether you require translating services so we can arrange it.

National Relay Service (NRS)

National Relay Service (NRS) provides phone assistance for patients who are deaf, hard of hearing, and/or have a speech impairment. Phone: 133 677 (TTY) or 1300 555 725 (Speak and Listen).
